This Grundig infrared thermometer monitors temperature without contact in a matter of seconds. You have the option of using Celsius or Fahrenheit. This infrared contactless clinical thermometer displays body temperatures in three distinct color codes. After 1 second, the measurement is presented. Objects can also be measured using a thermometer. Please keep in mind that the non-contact IR thermometer differs from other types of thermometers such as ear, mouth, and rectal thermometers. Because of the effect of the surroundings, the displayed temperature differs from the real body temperature by up to 2 degrees. In a short distance point the clinical thermometer at your forehead and your body temperature will be shown. You may also pick between animals and things to monitor the temperature of a hot drink, for example. Following the measurement, the thermometer shuts off using the inbuilt automated switch-off, preventing unnecessary battery use.
